SC governor announces temporary school closures; 9 new COVID-19 cases in state

COLUMBIA, S.C. —
South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster announced Sunday the temporary closure of schools across the state as nine new cases of COVID-19 were identified.
The governor said schools will be closed beginning Monday and going through the end of March.
